Terms & Conditions Neymar88 — A Complete Guide for All Malaysian Members

1

Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

Neymar88 is an online casino and Sports Betting platform operating under the domain neymar88.best. The platform provides online gaming services — including slots, Live Casino, Sports Betting, roulette, poker, and various other game categories — to registered and eligible members.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and the specific terms applicable to each promotion or game, constitute the entire agreement between you and neymar88. In the event of any conflict between these General Terms and the specific terms of a particular promotion or game, the specific terms shall apply to that matter only.

Continued use of the neymar88 platform following any amendment to the Terms will be deemed acceptance of the revised Terms. Members are encouraged to review the Terms & Conditions page periodically to stay informed of the latest applicable terms.

2

Member Eligibility

To register and use neymar88's services, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. Neymar88 takes its responsibility seriously to ensure this platform is not accessed by underage individuals.
• Register using your own accurate, truthful, and complete personal information. Registering under another person's identity is strictly prohibited.
• Not appearing on any self-exclusion list or prohibition list enforced by any relevant authority.
• Register one account only. Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account on neymar88 at any time. Duplicate accounts, once identified, will be closed immediately and all balances and winnings within them may be forfeited.
• Do not use your account on behalf of any third party or company. Your neymar88 account is strictly for the personal use of the registered account holder.

3

Account Registration

Registering for a neymar88 account is free and can be completed in under two minutes. During registration, you will be required to provide the following information:

• A unique username (must not duplicate another member's)
• An active Malaysian phone number for OTP verification
• A strong password contains at least 8 characters, combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, and numbers
• Date of birth for age verification

You are solely responsible for keeping your account login credentials confidential. Neymar88 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from disclosure of your password to another party. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact our support team immediately via 24/7 live chat.

All official communications from neymar88 to members will be sent via registered email or in-platform notifications. neymar88 will never contact members via SMS or third-party platforms to request login credentials or financial details.

4

Deposits & Payment Methods

Neymar88 supports a wide range of local Malaysian payment methods for members' convenience. All deposit transactions are processed exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (RM).

Deposited funds must be wagered at least once (1x rollover) before a withdrawal can be made. This is a measure to prevent payment system abuse and is not intended to restrict the withdrawal of legitimately won funds. Deposits made for the purpose of repaying loans, immediate withdrawal without gameplay, or any non-gaming activity are prohibited and will be investigated.

5

Withdrawals

Neymar88 is committed to processing all legitimate withdrawals promptly and efficiently. The standard processing time is between 3 and 15 minutes for most supported payment methods. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit (where applicable) for anti-money laundering purposes.

The withdrawal conditions that must be met are as follows:

• The account must undergo phone number verification at minimum
• Any rollover requirements tied to an active bonus must have been fully completed
• The minimum withdrawal is RM 50 per transaction
• For withdrawals exceeding RM 5,000, KYC identity verification may be required
• Winnings derived from bonuses or free spins may be subject to a maximum withdrawal limit as specified in the relevant promotion's terms.

6

Bonuses & Promotions

Neymar88 offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions for both new and existing members. Each bonus offer carries specific terms that must be read and understood before claiming. The general terms applicable to all neymar88 promotions are as follows:

• All bonuses are subject to the rollover requirements stated in their respective promotions. Rollover is calculated based on the bonus amount received, not the deposit amount.
• Bonuses may only be used on games specified in the relevant promotion's terms. Bonus usage on excluded games will not count towards the rollover requirement.
• The welcome bonus is available to new members making their first deposit only. One claim per account and per phone number.
• Neymar88 reserves the right to void bonuses and all associated winnings if there is evidence of bonus abuse or fraudulent claims.
• Bonuses and free spins may not be transferred to another account or redeemed directly for cash.
• The validity period for all bonuses will be stated in the respective promotional terms. Expired bonuses will be cancelled automatically.

Game Rules

All games available on the neymar88 platform — including slots, Live Casino, roulette, poker, and other games — operate in accordance with the rules set by their respective game providers. In the event of a technical disruption or system failure during an active game, neymar88 will rely on server records to determine the valid outcome.

• All RNG slot and table games use a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently certified. Every spin or hand is entirely independent and random.
• Game results that have been settled and credited to an account are final and cannot be reversed unless there is clear evidence of a technical failure.
• The RTP value displayed for each game is a verified figure calculated over the long term — it is not a guarantee of returns for any individual session.
• For live dealer games, video footage recorded by neymar88's server system serves as the definitive evidence for resolving any disputes regarding game outcomes.
• Neymar88 reserves the right to remove any game from the platform at any time, with or without prior notice.

8

Sports Betting

The neymar88 Sports Betting section covers a wide range of sports and leagues from around the world, including the Malaysia Super League, English Premier League (EPL), AFC Cup, UEFA Champions League, badminton, e-sports, and over 30 other sports. The specific terms for Sports Betting are as follows:

• All bets that have been confirmed and accepted by the system are final. Player errors in market selection cannot be reversed once a bet has been confirmed.
• In the event of an undecided outcome or a match postponed beyond 72 hours from its original time, the relevant bet will be declared void and the stake returned to the member.
• Neymar88 reserves the right to void bets placed at odds that are clearly incorrect due to a technical error or data entry mistake. Stake money will be refunded in such cases.
• In-play betting is subject to odds that change in real time. The odds displayed on your screen may differ from those received by the server during periods of high traffic.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by sport, league, and market. Current limits are displayed on the platform at the time a bet is placed.

9

11

Data Security & Privacy

Neymar88 takes the protection of all members' personal data seriously. All information you provide during registration and use of the platform is subject to our Privacy Policy, available on the Privacy Policy.

• Members' personal data is not sold, transferred, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes without the member's consent
• Multi-layer security systems protect accounts from unauthorized access
• Sensitive financial information such as bank account details is not stored in the neymar88 system

12

Responsible Gambling

Neymar88 believes that online casino gaming should remain a healthy source of entertainment. We recognise that for some individuals, gambling can become a problem — which is why we provide the following tools free of charge to all members:

• Deposit limit — set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to keep your spending in check
• Loss limit — the account will be automatically restricted once the set loss limit has been reached
• Play time limit — notification or restriction once a set play duration has been reached
• Temporary break — option to suspend account access for anywhere from 24 hours to 30 days
• Self-exclusion — a long-term self-exclusion option for members who need an extended break

The neymar88 platform is strictly for users aged 18 and above. If you feel that gambling is beginning to negatively affect your life, we encourage you to reach out to our support team or visit our Responsible Gambling for further information and assistance.

13

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, neymar88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses incurred during gameplay, including any deposited funds lost
• Service disruptions caused by technical issues, maintenance, or circumstances beyond neymar88's control
• Losses arising from unauthorised account access due to a member's negligence in safeguarding their login credentials
• Disputed betting or game outcomes that have been verified by the system as valid and fair

All games provided by neymar88 involve financial risk. You acknowledge and agree that funds wagered may be lost in full. Please only wager what you can afford to lose.

14

Amendments to Terms & Applicable Law

Neymar88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to members via in-platform notifications or registered email at least 7 days before taking effect, except where immediate amendments are required for security or legal compliance purposes.

Continued use of the neymar88 platform after an amendment's effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any changes made, you have the right to close your account and withdraw any remaining balance before the amendment takes effect.

This Terms & Conditions document is governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through negotiation, and if unsuccessful, through procedures established by the relevant authorities.
